I'm in shanghai right now..using my father's labtop..iz SO freakin cold! it's lyk 13 or so degrees out there..brrrr..
iz been such a blast!!! today was the second time we went to this place called "xiang yang lu". it's pretty cool..that's where every one gets their imitation goods..bought a pair of converse sneakers. *grinz*
my mum kinda lyks the place coz there's a hell of a lot of bargaining. Usually they start at an expensive price and ur supposed to haggle until 1/3 of the price. so the vendors would ask you what price you want, and you offer them the amount ur willing to give.they're quite scary kz..when u cut the price in 1/3..they make such a fuss...but when you walk away..they pull u back and give you the price that you want.haha..iz so funny! and there are quite a number of caucasian people..and some of them can speak rather good chinese..rather fascinating to watch!
haha..but my chinese SUCKS. 1/2 the time i have no idea what the hell people are trying to say to me..and bcoz of my screwed up translation..we got into an arguement with the lady over strawberries..mwhaha..
anywayz..we're going home tml..monday every one iz back to school and work. I have to be in school at 10am for a meeting with my law of tort teacher.
Bummer.
